At Bling by Shree, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for damaged or defective items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. An unboxing video is required for all exchange requests.

We offer shipping across India. All orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 4–5 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
